refund policy

RETURNS

✧ we have a 30-day return policy for all clothing items, but all other products are final sale. if you do not request a refund within 30 days of purchase, it cannot be processed.

✧ to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning unworn or unused. if the item still safely fits in the original packaging it was shipped in, feel free to reuse it!

✧ please contact us at lauren@shopdivinevariety.com to initiate your return. if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✧ once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed if your return meets all requirements. the original payment method will be automatically refunded, but please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

EXCHANGES

✧ the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCEPTIONS

✧ in special cases, some exceptions may be made for returns or exchanges. if you have any questions about your order please contact us at lauren@shopdivinevariety.com.

✧ in all cases, custom products and sale items are always final sale.

DAMAGES

✧ please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
